Employee Health & Wellbeing

Employee Assistance Programme

Through our HR system, all SEAH employees have access to Wisdom, a free and confidential service available 24/7, 365 days a year.
It offers a wide range of wellbeing resources, professional support for employees and their immediate family, and fun wellbeing challenges to help stay motivated.

Wellbeing Coordinator

We offer a confidential in-house wellbeing service, providing employees with the opportunity to meet face-to-face with someone to talk about any personal problems or worries.
