At SEAH, we care deeply about the wellbeing of our staff, service users, and local community. Below you’ll find a collection of trusted resources, local activities, and professional support services to help you look after your mental, physical, and emotional health.
Through our HR system, all SEAH employees have access to Wisdom, a free and confidential service available 24/7, 365 days a year.
It offers a wide range of wellbeing resources, professional support for employees and their immediate family, and fun wellbeing challenges to help stay motivated.
We offer a confidential in-house wellbeing service, providing employees with the opportunity to meet face-to-face with someone to talk about any personal problems or worries.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, so it’s important to look after your mind as well as your body. These mindfulness and relaxation videos offer gentle ways to unwind, refocus, and create space for calm in your daily routine.
